Pennsbury Pottery
Pennsbury Pottery had its origins around 1950 nearby Morrisville Pennsylvania. It was founded by Henry and Lee Below and was named Pennsbury due to the proximity of Pennsbury Manor. The company created hand decorated art pottery with a very distinctive look. The factory closed in 1970.
Other potteries are listed in connection with Pennsbury including Glen View, Pennington and Lewis Bros. A very complete history is provided in a book entitled Pennsbury Pottery by Lucile Henzke.
